Billing and payments
How billing works
Services are invoiced by email after they are performed. Trip expenses (hotel, rental car, meals and similar) are passed through at cost and listed on the invoice.
Pay by Zelle, check, bank transfer (ACH) or card. Each invoice includes its own secure online payment link, processed by Stripe.
Credit cards add a 3% processing fee. No fee for debit cards, bank transfer (ACH), Zelle or check.
Refunds and cancellations
Because services are billed after they are delivered, fees for completed services are not refundable.
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact billing@affinityflight.com within 30 days. We will review it and issue a correction, credit or refund to the original payment method where appropriate.
Trips cancelled before any work is performed are not billed. Expenses already incurred on your behalf before a cancellation are billed at cost.
Privacy
We use your contact and billing details only to provide services, send invoices and receive payment. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us. We do not sell or share your information.
